Who are we?

Spectra Cleaning Solutions, LLC opened its doors on October 15, 2007.  The owners, Jeff and Lisa Cleveland, are originally from the Chicago area.  They brought with them a strong work ethic and a feeling of small town America.

What do we do?

  • Commercial Cleaning – Offices, Learning Centers, Tournament Offices, etc.
  • Residential Cleaning – Windows, regularly scheduled, small pressure washing
  • Minor Repairs – Drywall dings, changing of hardware, furniture assembly, etc.
  • Real Estate – REO, foreclosure, short sales, pre-market cleaning

Our Mission Statement

We are very proud of our natural cleaning procedures, due in part to how we lower our carbon footprint in the world and also how we can educate business and home owners about the hazards of harsh chemicals used in our environment. What goes down the drain ends up eventually in our water supply

Our staff are thoroughly screened, trained and tested before setting foot on any job site. They are handpicked by the owners. All personnel wear company branded clothing so that they are easily identified and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. We go the extra mile for our clients – anything from changing out a burned out light bulb, hauling away unwanted items or even changing furnace filters monthly.
